Dilepix has moved

For Dilepix, spring 2022 is synonymous with moving. Indeed, we left our offices located at the Village by CA Ille et Vilaine to integrate La Fabrique.

Dilepix was present in the Village by CA Ille et Vilaine since its creation in 2018. We thank all the team of the "Village" for their accompaniment and their support during these 4 years.

We move only 1 km away while remaining in the district of La Courrouze, but closer to downtown Rennes 😉

We are now located in the southwest of the Rennes agglomeration, in the heart of the Courrouze district, a district steeped in history. La Courrouze is characterized by its industrial and military past. It is therefore not uncommon to see remnants of the past such as surrounding walls or industrial buildings.

La Courrouze has the Ecoquartier label, and in 2011 received the "Nature en ville" award from the Ministry of Ecology, as half of the urbanizable space is dedicated to green and public spaces.

District close to the downtown area and abundant in shops

La Courrouze is a dynamic and bustling district. We are only a few minutes from downtown thanks to the opening of the B line of the metro planned for late spring.

In terms of facilities, La Fabrique's offices have a reserved parking lot and shops in the area: a bakery, restaurants, an optician, a running store, etc. About 15 other stores are expected to open in the next few months.

La Fabrique, former military buildings turned into modern and design offices

La Fabrique is a former industrial building that has been modernized into offices. The owners of the premises, directors of Digitaleo, have undertaken to tastefully rehabilitate the building through the firm Wunder architects.

Far from its previous use, the former ammunition casing factory has kept its metal beams and rounded windows, to make way for modern, comfortable and functional work spaces.

Easily accessible offices and a multitude of services

The location of these new offices facilitates the mobility of our employees:

• Line B of the metro "Courrouze" is at 2 steps,
• The bus line C6 - stop "Cœur de Courrouze" is at the foot of the Factory (this line connects Cesson to the airport of St Jacques)
• Bicycle paths allow easy access to the city center.
• A parking lot is available.  The Rocade and the main roads are very easily accessible.
  
  Urban and suburban employees can therefore get to the office easily and quickly!

At noon, several possibilities:

• We share common spaces with other start-ups. A fully equipped kitchen is available to employees who wish to eat on site. Foodtrucks offer menus several times a week.
  
  
• For those who prefer to eat outside, restaurants are nearby.
  
  In the summer, we can take advantage of the outdoor spaces: barbecue and shuffleboard will be out!
  
  We will be able to share convivial moments among ourselves and with other companies present.

For the athletes, showers are available, allowing you to take advantage of the large green spaces in the vicinity during team running outings!

And for the afterworks, the Old School Café, already tested and validated by our team, is just across the street.

A floor dedicated to Artificial Intelligence

In our new office, we share the floor with Energiency, a company that creates models, based on Artificial Intelligence, in order to save energy and CO2 for companies in the industry sector.

Our respective teams share the same expertise: Artificial Intelligence, which announces exciting exchanges and synergies.

This move is the logical continuation of the Dilepix adventure. These new premises will allow us to grow, to continue our evolution and we look forward to welcoming you there 😁
